Fury Wren is a group project of two trans, disabled, Jewish, very queer siblings.
The Passerine
Ghost, they/them! An unstoppable crafter always picking up new arts and skills. They spend their days spinning tzitzit string; printing stickers and buttons; sculpting with fiber, fabric and fimo; making candy; thinking about bugs; doing errands for local elders, comrades, and strangers; painting rainbows on things; growing fruits, veggies, and flowers for the community; and volunteering at their local cat shelter.
The Psittacine
Dorian +/- A, they/them! A scientist and artist who is still out trying to save the world. Their research was foundational in identifying an inexpensive, well-tolerated, widely available existing drug that reduces the likelihood of hospitalization for COVID-19 patients. They also do beautiful physical and digital paintings!
